    for the second one, all you gotta do before hand is compress and convert and crop any song into any ringer you want. for software to do that, check out the forum, im sure you can find some info on here. its been discussed numerous times, so you shouldnt have any trouble finding software to use. As for getting it for free, search torrent sites for that software (the software you find being talked about on here). More or likely, you can find the software included with a crack/key-gen, that way you dont have to pay for it.

    Can somebody let me know how I can create ringtones from mp3's/wma's that I already have on my hard drive? I've got Sprint PCS and would prefer to do it using free software.
