You could probably call cingular and they can have you reset the phone. (Call from a phone other than your cell) I know I had the same prob, only I had an ATT phone and was with T-Mobile, and T-mobile was cool about the whole thing.

I bought a 3220 off Ebay and when I start the phone and shut it down it has T-Mobile welcome/good-bye screens. I hate that as I'm with cingular. Also in the lower right corner it says T-Zones. I want that gone too. Any way I can accomplish this? And before I get flamed ( ) I wouldn't even know what to search for to get this answer.
