increase the volume by goin in --> Settings --> Phone Settings

Hi!
I got a 7210 phone a week ago and I have some questions.. hope some of you can answer.
First, how can I adjust the volume during a call. (If I press the arrows, I get the calendar or the message writing)
Secondly, I was listening to the radio with my HF and got a call. The radio went mute and after the call back to normal again, like it should. The next time plugged in the handsfree and listen the radio, it's not as loud as it used to be. So is there a possibility to change the volume of the radio? I think the loudspeaker is okay, but when I listen the radio with the headphones, it's too silent.
