so other than going through everything on the phone and deleting all her contacts one by one is there anyother way?? thanks for the input, so far this seems like a pretty cool phone.
You can download the manual from the nextel/sprint web site. Just go to the phones, choose the i930, click on manual section on the phone listings, choose the manual it will come up on acrobat reader, and you can print it from there.

edit...ok so i called got a dude that super cool....but now i did a master reset and it doesn't do anything ....ughh another call to nextel i guess LOL

a master reset i was told basically is resetting all connections with nextel....doesn't clear old info like contacts, etc...

ok last edit lol...just use the "delete personal info" it doesn't delete stuff off the sim, just the stuff on the phone. again your sim is safe. (in case like me you got a used phone and want your numbers on it but want to delete all the old users crap)
You Dont need to call to do a master reset...Turn phone off... Hold the two soft keys and power back on soon as it said hit ok, hit ok and dont touch the phone....let it run and then ur all Done|....everything of hers cleaned out
