Yes, I spoke to the store where I purchased the set and they told me that they'd replace the headset, but with the 14-day full money back warrenty I brought it back on the 14th day and looked for a compleatly different phone. Now I have a Nokia 6822, it suits me better with the qwerty keyboard. Of course I miss my razor, but I'll live on.

    Thanks for your reply

I guess I decided to put this on the moto section because I bought my new unlocked V3 recently that came with the H815 bluetooth headset. I can use the headset without any problem, but the other person on the line has great diffucilty hearing me. No matter who I call with my headset its always way too quiet. I first thought it was the other person's cordless landline phone I was calling, but also with new hardwired landline phones and new cellphones, simply the other person can't hear me. I usally end up stopping the call and finishing what I need 2 hand for then calling them back with the hand set.

    Any idea?

    Thanks
