    Personally, I use Adobe Audition 1.5. You also need to know how to set the frequency and the bitrates on each ringer you make. I use these preferences:
    frequency at 22050Hz
    bitrate at 56kbs
    then convert from stereo(2 channels) to mono(1 channel)

    How can I make MP3 ringtones for my phone? Is there a certain program that works well?
