    I'm guessing then that you don't know the phone #? I sometimes accidentally lock my 3200. If I try to dial it tells me it's locked and enter code. If no one has entered anything different it's "usually" the last 4 #'s of the phone #. But if you don't know that, I'm not sure. Sorry...

    I bought a used 4400 and while programming accidently locked the keypad.

    I can't get ahold of the original owner to get the phone number--is there anyway to reset these phones so it will unlock the keypad?
    Right now the phone is useless.
    I took it in but they said they needed the phone number to look it up.
