    Try the IR function too. I fine it more reliable for getting files transfered.

    After suite and driver installation make sure that in control panel/system/device manager you see wireless communication with all the Nokia drivers.

    Change USB port and use the same one all the time after install

    I somtimes get this with XP when other users are logged on! Try restarting the PC and have no other users logged and and try again.

    oops.....sorry mark.. i got it wrong...its not 3220..its 3230..any way i installed latest drivers and pc suite recognizes my phone..but when i click finish after it shows my phone detected, the software does not update that the phone is connected..it still says "no phones connected"...any ideas??

    That is for bluetooth phones, the 3220 can only be used with a cable, (DKU-5) Check ebay for a cheaper ones.

    hello all,
    i recently bought a Nokia3220 and its a wonderful piece.. i also got a bluesoleil dongle for interfacing..but the problem is that nokia PC suite doesnt recognize the device...any suggestions??
