    i can help you unlock your phone thru code but we are not allowed to post any imei and unlocking code to this site.

    I have a 3650 on t-mobile, and it should work on cingular as well. The only thing is it needs to be unlocked so you can use it for cingular. Unlocking it is pretty easy, you can do it for free if you search for a nokia unlock calculator online.
