So I just got a CDM-8940 and its been doing this thing lately thats really annoying. I am assigning one of the pre-loaded rings as my general ringer for incoming voice calls but whenever i receive a call it plays this practically inaudible little chiming and it is not the ring that I have assigned. Its pretty strange, it seems to work fine if i assign someone a particular ring but when i try to have a general ring as one of the preloaded ones it just does its own thing. Any Suggestions?
