Try taking the battery out and put it back in and see if it will turn on then.

sup guys, does anybody here knows why my phone wont turn on, it was stored for about a couple months. then when i turned it on last week it turned on after a few minutes of charging. then today i wanted to turn it on again and it wont turn on even with charging it for a while. its a motorola v690 thank
