Yep, I am having the EXACT same thing. I can get the program to start, but then it shows it is "initializing" and never moves forward from there?? HELP.....

ok so i downloaded the MPT file from the top of this section and everything was going okay until it asked me how i wanted my phone to be found...i chose usb plugged in the cable to the comp. and my phone then after a period of time it said that my phone had not been recognized (or found) does anyone know how to fix this so that it recognizes my phone i really want to put some songs i have onto my razr
