Did you read ANY of the user agreements as you joined? or the welcome letter?

CPF cash is "money" earned and spent within this forum. CPF cash is required to download files from the site and cannot be applied elsewhere.

There are no concrete items available for CPF cash, only board privileges like file access, arcade games, and username decor
