I purchased a new Audiovox SMT 5600 (Cingular) yesterday and am unable to sync it with my PC. When I try to get it to connect thru the USB cable it does not find the phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Active Sync thinking that might be the cause but no luck so far. I dont have blue tooth in my PC so I cant use that for syncing.
