    hmmm...I don't see that phone on the support list.

    I'm wondering if it's GSM or CDMA. BitPim really works well with most CDMA phones.

    If you're unable to use BitPim, it's time to go to your service provider and ask them for information about using the program they gave you. Sorry, I'm just not familiar with that model and don't want to give you bad advice.

    What model phone do you have?

    You may want to investigate BitPim and see if that works better for you. It's a Sourceforge project that's getting quite advanced in being able to handle most of what you may want to do with the phone...like upload/download pix, flix, address book entries, etc.

    BitPim Main Page will give you an overview of the program and you can see what features are supported on your phone by looking at the Matrix of features within the site.

    Of course, a data cable is required to connect the phone to your computer.

    I need help I have the disk that came with my LG phone but its not conpatable with xp and also it will not conect dose any one have any solutions.
