the various carriers usually also have web front-ends for SMS -- but that's just internet to mobile, you can list your mobile as the callback.

you can load this site in WAP, http://www.agentsms.com

loads a little slow since there's a lot of graphics, but its functional... its only economical if you plan to use it for its anonymous-feature... otherwise it will cost you more in GPRS usage that it would cost for you to send an SMS directly i think
