    Unfortunately not. There are loop holes in the sprint system, but none for ending an agreement early. I would pay the $150 and go with a provider that has a "sale" offering a free phone with activation.

    new phone + new affordable plan for $150.

    beats overpaying huge phone bills.

    thats why i love the fair & flexible plan, no roaming charges, free long distance, free nights and weekends after 6pm. sorry you had a bad experience, but maybe you havent explored all your opportunities?

    Im done with Sprint, I hate their customer service, their phones, and the roaming charges. I was wondering how much is the cancellation fee is? My contract doesnt end until 2007, if that helps any. Thanks.
