    you should be able to send text messages to any compatible phone, regardless of who their service is through. if for some strange reason you can't send text to their 10-digit number, ask them for an email address. practically every phone with text capability has an email address.

    don't realy get the question but i have a t-mo prepaid i can send a txt anywhere in the world for 10 cents and i recieve txt from anywhere in the world for free.
    outgoing txt for ten cents and incoming txt is free.
    what is your service provider?
    im talking about, u.k. taiwan, philippines, malaysia, canada, thailand, spain.

    Is there a program out there that i can send and receive text messages to anyone that is not on the same provider as i am?
