Yea, I've had a lot of customers complain that their Sanyo 8200 started to act up after they changed the faceplate. You might want to try and put your original back on and see what happens.

i think you have a problem because you're not supposed to change the faceplate on the 8200 lol

I have a Sanyo 8200 phone and I replaced the faceplate and now when I take pictures with the flash--the picture comes out white. Without the flash on, the pictures are fine. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, were you able to fix it?
