You have to download them as files using the file system.

    The videos are located in:

    /brew/media

The files are constructed with a numeric date code followed by the extension ".3g2"

You can use BitPim to save a copy on your local computer. You can also upload video files onto your phone (avoiding the limit imposed by Verizon on filesize.)

But if you change anything in that video directory you MUST go into the directory /dload and delete the file "video.dat" Then you must "reset" the phone or simply turn it off and then turn it back on and that "video.dat" file will be re-built.

    Hey

If you are using BitPim 0.8.3 for a 8100 videos are ignored (I am sure they are ignored in all previous releases as well).

I have an LG8100, verizon. I have used Bitpim for downloading and uploading wallpaper, pics, & custom rings... but I can't see how to download the 15 sec videos I record on the phone. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thank you!
