Yep, I agree. This happened to me after the first week of having the phone, and now about 3 months later tonight it happened again. Last time they just swapped my phone for a new one, this time I'm getting a different phone.. I'm tired of setting everything up over and over! (And yes, I know about the Backup thing - not the same... )

Phone problem. Return to verizon.

Once I turn the phone it locks up at the black screen that says verizon. Pushing anything doesn't help, even removing the battery dosen't help it. I just put it back in and it does the same thing. Any help would be most appreciated, it's just so frustrating!
