I have a motorola V525 cell phone and have just been given a HS801 bluetooth headset. I want to set it up so the phone rings but can be answered by the headset. At the moment all message alerts and call alerts come through the headset. This means I would have to wear the headset all the time and look stupid. It says in the instructions for my phone that you can set ring options by going to settings->headset->ringer options but there is no ringer options in the headset menu. Any ideas? Does my phone have different firmware on it?

Also when the headset it connected it automatically changes the ring style profile. I want the profile to stay the same when the headset is connected. How do i change this?
