Sorry :P Keep Holding On The # for 3 sec like erwin said and it will change to letters

U do that in the place were u type ur msg remember

go to menu
MESSAGES press select
WRITE MESSAGES press select
press and hold your # sign for about 3 seconds and look on your upper left of your sreen while doing this you will see the number will change to ABC.

i just got this 3230 yesterday and failed to type in any characters on the phone.. all i can see was numbers and no letters.. i tried to answer my friends text and still got the numbers on there.. is there a way to change from numbers to letters??
