Read your phone using Service Program software, if the program read you phone as connect, you'll be able to get all your data

i need the lock code for my se47 and how!!! how do I get my hands on it if I don't remember the profile information

You could try to use kyocera desktop software if the phone will come on at all. Just import your address book. As for text messeges..hmm i doubt it but the company may be able to retrieve them.

I'm assuming this means the phone is dead but does anyone know if I can get my contacts and text messages off it still? I will go by Verizon to see if they can do it... but it would be nice if someone else knew another way or sumthing.
