No, I had to return it as part of my insurance claim. Sorry.

Do you still have the phone? I will give you $15 for it.

Sounds like the screen has died. Happened to two v220's and a v400 that I had a while back. Seems to me like an inherent design flaw in these phones. Who is your service provider? They might have some kind of service/repair center that could take a look at it for you.

Today I decided to turn off my cell phone to conserve the battery because I forgot my charger at work and won't be back until tuesday. Well when I turned it back on all I got was a white lit screen, nothing else. I have tried removing the battery and the sim card and nothing. I turn it on and all I get is the white lit screen. I can turn that off, and turn it back on, but nothing else.

Is there a way to reset my phone? I have searched but found nothing.

    Or is it dead?

    Thanks for any help.
