Had the same problem, the only differnce is that i've got my razr from cingular. before making or receiving a a call i had it hooked to my pc treating it with a monster pack. Only today i realize that i had no internet conection, looked into this thread helped A LOT!!!
I've got the GPRS APN settings from my old phone (samsung) and it worked grate.

alright well i tried something new and changed the APN...now it says "Data Server not available"

You have to create your own. Try to mirror the settings from someone else who has cingular, if you don't have the cingular wap settings.

maybe i should try putting something different where it says GPRS APN:

alright thanks. but also in my "web sessions" it doesnt say Cingular or MMS.. it gives me about 8 diff listings of stuff such as...IM3,Telkomsel,proXL GPRS and so on.
so i tried it with one of those and didnt work.

The wap settings are case sensitive. Try again.

alright...just like a million other people have said before.."Im using cingular, and bought an unlocked Motorola Razr V3 off of ebay. Of course I cant access the internet blahblahblah.."
(******I have already tried the Tutorial Page on Cingular that was in one of the other posts..and it still didnt work for me******)
