I have a Treo 600 and it's pretty good in weak service areas. Though I think that has alot to do with America's most reliable network Verizon.
I can't wait 'til my new every two (in May) . . . I want another smartphone but NOT a Treo 600

How is the service in the weak single areas for the treo? I have heard not good but one friend says it is great. I would be upgrading from a vx710

As far as I know, no. You can piggy-back a GPS on top of Palms that don't come with one. In such a case, there is no additional fee, other than the piggy back unit itself. It would act just like any other stand alone handheld GPS navigator.

Is it a good idea, i am getting kinda of sick of this razr everyone has it. I really want the SE w900i but that isnt coming out for a bit and its $$$$. The treo looks like it would be sweet to have. Question, does it come with GPS? if so do you have to pay for it monthly?
