This is due to the fact that the camera is writing the data on the transflash card and not to flash ram. No way around the wait unofortunately (as of right now anyway).

It is adjusting b/c of the light. That is what i've found. Maybe I'm wrong. Makes sense.

Yeah I have the same problem. It's a little annoying. The Moto E815 is 1.3 MP and i takes the pic pretty much right away, so I don't know if that's really the reason.

Alrighty, so our two A920s that we have here in the store, brand new ones, act the same way. I assume it's because the camera is 1.3MP and it takes more time to write the picture into memory.

Let me try one of the ones we have in the store and I'll get back to you.

Yeah, I tried turning the resolution down and its still the same.. its literally 4-5 seconds or its not a clear pic.. I tried it in several diff. environments too..

Nature of the camera and lighting conditions. Are you on the highest possible resolution ?

Is it just me or do you have to keep the camera complete still for about 5 seconds to take a clean picture? Is there anyway to change this, my OLD Sanyo would just take the pic and be done with it in a second, now if anyone moves the pic is blurry... any suggestions?
