    Drukavelli,

Mobile # changes are only done through customer care. T-Mobile used to let retail store reps change numbers, but in November of '05 decided that only CS reps would handle mobile # changes.

Last time I asked to have number change for Minnesota area than Idaho, and I never got to change is reason its not from T-Mobile's # for few weeks so I decide changed back to T-Mobile's # after that I got it work again. Yeah they gave me tentative # when I request to have Duluth #. I thought might help ur decision either tentative # or T-Mobile's #

No problem. You can change your number anytime. The new mobile# fee went into effect in November of 2005. The fee is $15 and wouuld appear on your next bill after changing your mobile#.

As for roaming charges, I think your confusing that with long distance charges. Remember, roaming is when your phone is receiving signal through a different company's network. Roaming would be what you get when you head west on I-40 towards New Mexico. You'll know your phone is roaming because it won't say T-Mobile on it, it'll say a different company name.

If you are on a 600 minute plan, you will not be charged long distance for dialing numbers that lie within the United States. So, you can have a Colorado area code and dial Texas numbers all you want. People who have Texas numbers, such as people who call you from their home, will pay long distance charges though. I would suggest waiting until you are in Colorado to get your mobile# changed, since you'll probably still be calling Texas landlines in the next few months. When you get to Colorado, it'll take a 5 minute phone call to customer care to get your number changed.

Thanks, really appreciate thje help Richie, also one more question for ya...

i'm moving to colorado soon, so i will need a # change, i figured if i do it now it would save me the time, is it possible to get a colorado # even though i'll be in texas for a couple of months til then. my area is covered with t-mobile so i wont get charged for roamin right?

    Drukavelli,

The 1000 min plan w/ Nights and Weekends for $39.99 is an old plan. Nobody can get this plan if they didn't get it back when it was offered. It did not include unlimited nights and weekends.
A similar version of this plan later came out, 1000 minutes for $39.99 (without nights and weekends). It became $45.99 to have this plan WITH nights and weekends.
These 3 plans no longer exist for people looking to get them. NONE OF THEM HAD FREE MOBILE TO MOBILE.
The only way to add M2M to any of these plans would have been www.t-mobile.com, or calling customer care if M2M wasn't on t-mobile.com

Both versions of the current 1500 minute plan are about to expire soon.
    $39.99 1500 minutes
$49.99 1500 minutes + unlimited nights and weekends
These plans also do not have unlimited M2M, only way to add M2M again is on t-mobile.com or by calling customer care, and oh yes...visiting your nearest T-Mobile retail store.

It has been around for long time, and finally they discontiuned this offer, however to get this similar plan would be two different thing is 1500 min w/o unlimited nights, weekends and m2m for 39.99. 1500 min with unlimited nights, weekends, and m2m for 49.99. Otherwise you should have 600 min that is already include with unlimited nights, weekends and m2m for ur plan at 39.99. Its something that you'd need to call Customer Care and straight it out since they have power to correct the problem, eventhough you are not seeing any options on T-Mobile.com. Other thing what I am thinking was if you dont see any Unlimited Nights and Weekends or M2M options is not on there for you to add on, then I'd probably think its already added since Im pretty sure their current plan 600 min for 39.99 are included as above I said.

1000 minutes plan expire few month ago is why, 600 min plan is same as 1000 min plan for same monthly rate, and shouldn't have change 1000 min plan in first place since she got the best plan, when T-Mobile did offered. I dont know if she would able to get it back and she probably didnt request to have unlimited nights and weekends with M2M. Call Customer Care to straight it out, no its not becuz of area of coverages. We all get plan since T-Mobile is Nationwide Provider.

Also, i tried to get her plan too because it was 1000 mins for 39.99 (same price as my plan w/ 600 mins) but it didnt come with nights & wknds.. is it cause of our coverage?

I'm from Texas and I got the Get More plan.. 600 mins w/ unlmtd nights & weekends.. also got the mob2mob... my gf is in Colorado, she's also with t-mobile but she got the get more plus (i think) w/ 1000 mins w/ inlmtd nights & wknds..

Now, for some reason she cannot get the mob2mob, do anybody know why? I tried to get on t-mobile.com to do it for her but it doesn't appear on the list for some reason.. SO she decided to switch to the get more plan as me.. but when she did it only gave her 600 mins - NO nights & wknds, so i got her the nights & wknds (i forgot how much) + 400 txt/5 bucks + 6.99 mob2mob BUT after it got changed it didn't add the nights & wknds & mob2mob......

So whats up with that? how come we can't get the same plan? is it because we have different coverage or something?
