    well ill do some searchin.

id really like some dipset tones, but the only ones i can ever find are "i really mean it" and "santana's town"(which sounds nothing like the song) haha.

Personally, as a tonemaker, it really is great to hear your work on your phone, it gives a sense of accomplishment.. whereas with a realtone or mp3 ringer, all you're doing is hearing someone else's work... no sense of accomplishment Hidden Content support your local tonemaker and keep it instrumental!

well, i was nuts about mp3 ringers my first month or two, but i ended up going back to midi because they take up so little space on the phone, and i think they are less annoying in public places. i'd rather have half a dozen good games on my phone and 15 or 20 midis than 3 or 4 mp3 ringtones and no room for games. nah, i don't think midis are going anywhere, it's just hard to find free ones of good quality. now that everybody wants them for ringtones, a lot of the free midi sites are going away and more people are selling their midis as ringtones. if you can read and write sheet music, you can write your own midis, but otherwise you're left doing what the rest of us do: search, search and request. that's right, you can post requests here in the ringtones forum and maybe somoe nice person will make you a midi Hidden Content . the title format for making a request is:

    REQ: Artist - "Song name"

    hope this helps Hidden Content
