yeah matts rite, prepaid is FREE but for those of us who pay each month for a PLAN, we have to PAY...its outrite insane, u would think it would be the other way around, to accomadate those of us who are loyal customers... and not those who can simple STOP their service all together at anytime... =(
tmobile needs to do some major policy changing.. if i was company boss, i would take a huge online/street survey and have employess makle customers take serveys, that ask all questions and questions like "what would u do to change/modify tmobiles service to make it better:... things of that sort..and i would take ALL answers into consideration... ALSO, would give some free stuff out to the customers... like # change, free nites at 6 7pm for 5.00 bux each, so 6 would be 10 bux.. ok im going a little TOO into detail lol.. i just wish i was boss, i would help ALL of u guys!! =(

Yea, I heard about that and it does suck. I can see maybe limiting the number change requests, but to start outright charging now is outrageous. Is this for T-mo only and not TMo2Go? I can imagine someone trying to get a good deal on a prepaid sim off ebay and being told that $17 will have to come out their pocket for the number change.

i just wrote a post about this but i got kicked off and it got deleted before i hit send.
i just read that tmobile charges 17.00 for a number change, that is OUTRAGIOUS! sprint, my current OTHER company, that i LOVE and have NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT, does that for FREE. i want to like tmobile, i really do, i am trying really hard to like them but, they got NOTHING on sprint. sprint gives u FREE mobile to mobile, tmobile, makes u pay. sprint offers 6pm and 7pm nites... tmobile DOES NOT.. these are BIG issues for me. i came VERY close to having my entire family ( about 9 phones total ) change from sprint to tmobile for the side kick.. now, i dont think this will happen. at least until tmobile becomes a bit more generous to there customers. ive had a customer care rep hang up on me, and tell me there is NO data only plan... ok, not very nice.. refused to put the manager on WITHOUT a reason.. so far, my first 4 days with them, hasnt been pleasant. i want to like them but, i dont know.. ive got 10 or so more days to decide if i want to keep them, i love my sidekick, thats NOT the issue, its the service.. which is MOST of the problem. i dont like 9pm nites.. no mob-mob.. not many plans.. this is upsetting, i thought i was going to a better company.. =(
maybe its just Boston, that doesnt offer these things but.. as of rite now, i am gonna be reviewing and posting ALOT to get as MUCH information as i nee to make my final decision on weather to stay or go back to my ever loving SPRINT!<3
