Thanks for the tips. I have a custom body that is plastic and want to make it a cell phone so I'm trying to find someone to do it for me but if it comes down to me having to do it I guess I would.

Well, there are people who 'mod' their phones, which would be something you have to do yourself in most cases. I have heard of people encasing their phones in glass, steel, ceramic, even wood (a wooden cell?). Maybe you can find more info about "cell phone modding" in a google search.

what do you mean by custom? custom casing? custom functionality?

if you want to list features that it needs, i think only bill gates can do that.
