    Yeah so I totally screwed up my original face plate (I'm talking it's in several pieces) BUT now I have a cool new shiny red one on there so I don't give a crap...ha! Thanks for your help, it looks super cool!

    You shouldn't. We sometimes add a small drop of super glue just to be on the safe side.

    Thanks Cellairis, but I'm not seeing a piece of black metal...underneath the LCD screen there IS a black part that kind of rounds into the hinge but it doesn't come off. Am I missing something??

    Under the LCD on the inside there is a piece of black metal, pull it off carefully so you don't bend it all up. It's just glued down. The two screws are under there. Then the faceplate just pops off. Snap the new one on, put the two screws back in, and put the black metal piece back on...you're done!

    Hey guys...can anyone tell me how to change the face place on my Nokia 6102? I have the necessary screwdriver, I just can't figure out how to get the thing off! There are no visible screws from the outside, so how does this thing work?? Thanks much!
