One of the more enjoyable cell phones i have owned. The motorola software as always is solid and the phone has a great interface and real easy to use. You wont be disappointed with this one if its on your buy list !

I just bought one last week new on Amazon, and I think I'll buy another one soon for a backup before they are gone for good !

I just got my new Motorola w775 last week, activated it on Verizon and now have completed my antenna configurations for my vehicles and house.
For my vehicles, I have an older Motorola magnetic mount antenna. The w755 has a port that accepts a Wilson adapter and disconnects the internal antenna. At the end of the adapter is a male FME connector, but the antenna uses a TNC connector, so one must buy a TNC-F to FME-F coupler to hook it on up. It works great, and no RF bouncing around in my vehicles. I don't even need an amplifier, but for rural "fringe areas" a Wilson 3 watt amplifier is a must..
For my office/house, I have a broadband multi cone base station antenna with a low loss cable run into my office. The end of that cable is a UHF male connector. I had to go to my local electronics store and buy a few adapters to get from UHF to FME male. I hooked it up and it works perfect.
I am on a program to eliminate as much RF radiation in my house and vehicles as possible for health reasons.
I do realize that there are signals transmitted into my house by mobile phone carriers, but there are no towers within at least 3 miles of my house, so eliminating the internal transmissions is a great improvement.
I will not allow a SmartMeter on my property (I never opted in) and most of my neighbors (closest one is 200 feet away) have refused SmartMeters.
I have a wired router and cat 5e network, and I have disabled the wireless card on my new desktop computer. No Wi-Fi, ZigBee, Z-Wave, Bluetooth or radio RA automation controls in this house, that's the way I like it.
To me, it is sad, there are no more mobile phones and smart phones with external antenna connectors, Radio Schaque does not sell mobile phone antennas any more, nor does my electronic parts vendor. There are no more real car kits available for any phones, they are all Bluetooth repeaters, which I never had anything to do with.
