    i think they are pretty awesome, personally.
    my phone doesn't let me upload mp3 ringtones, and i like having costomized tones, so the midi's work well for me.

    also, i am a fan of instrumental versions of songs which is basically what a midi is.!

    Never really bothered me to be honest, im a if its there lets use it kind of lad. I mostly use MP3's these days though been a while since i had a mid tone.

    Opinion is opinion.... Some would say that anything other than a bell (or synthesized version of it) is too much for a phone.... The MIDI and MP3 ringtone, as well as the camera, and voice recording software, and contact lists, and MP3 players, and games, and GPS etc. are just the product of "Hey, what else can we make fit into this same space?"

    I would like to hear what people think about it...
    I think midi is more than enough for a mobile phone.. the ring should exceed it limits...

    MP3 is just too much for a cellphone I think...
