There are various sites that highlight new phones before they become available, but I haven't found any that are tailored specifically to one provider or another. I'll list a couple of links at the end of my reply. I have heard there'll be a few new phones coming out this summer, but as to when I can't say.

There are plans to release a phone around October that features Sprint's CDMA voice & data services with Nextel's iDEN walkie-talkie feature, and I'm particularly interested to see that one! Here is a link to phonescoop.com's review of the upcoming Nokia 6165i, which is expected soon. I'll keep an eye out for any links pertaining to new Sprint phones, and post them in this thread when I find them.
