The W810 is definetely available on the Family plans (all phones are).

I highly recommend going to a dealer to get it. You will get better service, get your questions answered better, get your phone faster (instantly) and will have someone to go back to if you have any issues.

In fact if you are in Vancouver I Highly recommend going to myself. I think I am a great dealer and I recommend myself to everyone I know.

I encountered an issue while attempting to purchase the W810 online. I am currently on a family plan, however i wasn't able to add the W810 due to a limited number of phones i was given a selection from. I hope that this is only due to online offers & is however still available under a family plan if i order over the phone or if i go to rogers in person.
