This is a hell of a first post, but I have a favor to ask.

My screen is broken on my v188, and I'd like to use iSync to get all of my numbers off of it before I switch to Cingular (currently with Tmobile, but I moved and it gets terrible reception where I'm at now).

The deal is that apparently iSync won't work unless your numbers are stored on your phone, and not your simcard.

Would somebody be kind enough to write me a step-by-step guide to move the numbers onto the phone, because I have to do this blind?
