I don't know of any stores in NYC selling unlocked phones. But if you search around online i'am sure you can find some either located in NYC and selling they're phones thought they're websites like we do cellhut.com, we have a warehouse in NYC. I m sure there are other unlocked phone dealers with either warehouses or store locations in NYC you just have too Google it and find out. and if they're reputable dealers im sure they're paying to advertise or are generically listed in the first couple of pages on google, yahoo, msn etc..
