Hello all and thanks in advance for any help.....

I am a new owner of a Razr V3, purchased it off of Ebay, unlocked...

My problem is this. I install and follow the directions for the Mobile Phone Tools, but nothing happens. The first time I installed and followed the directions, it has that "please wait installing phone" message. The green bars made it all the way to th end and then nothing happened.

Now when I try to do it again, it says that it did not find my phone.

It then says do I want to look on the internet for an updated phone list, and it does not find anything, or it says do I want to install it my self and it is looking for modem drivers.

My questions are.....

First, can anyone help with the above issues???

Second, how can I verify if my phone is indeed unlocked??? Is it simply that, if it is working with my Cingular SIM card, then it must be unlocked???
