I am trying to decide on a new phone. My contract is up and I have an upgrade of $100 with Verizon or I can go the Wal-Mart route and pick something up on their deals. From what I can tell, these phones are very similar. The Samsung had a longer video run time. But what I am most concerned about is MP3 player capabilities. It looked like the LG didn't have any, and the Samsung was limited to only what Verizon would offer with their software, unless you used some special codes and messed with internal systems with bitmap (or something like that). And I am not too comfortable with that. The way it is advertised it looks like the Samsung is a true MP3 player, but when you get down to it, it's not. Can someone verify these things for me and help me to make a good decision? Thanks, LuLu
