I have a major problem with a 3 LG U8120 phone.

It has many pictures of my friends newborn child and the phone is now powering up and remaining on the initial white screen with grey patterned overlay.

Normally, it would then either ask me for a pin or go straight into the phone if no pin is being used.

I desperately need to retrieve these pictures to my PC but am unsure how. I have LG phone manager but am unsure how to connect to the phone, i.e. port setting/communication method.

I know that normally people would say that the memory has to be wiped but I need to know if an LG engineer would be able to retrieve the pics. I'm happy to pay a lot for this to be done.
