As far as exactly how the software translates the file and plays it? Same way your computer or ipod does:

Hi,

I’m looking for some information on the technology that allows cell phones to play MP3 files and other audio files too.

Id like to learn more about how a mobile phone plays an MP3 file.

Any help/info would be great!
