I found out what was wrong! If you just add the phone number and pic it will show on the screens if you are calling that person but in order for the pic to show up on the screens for an incoming call, you MUST include the area code with the phone numer when you save the contact! Hope that helps everyone else too!

For some reason my pics do not show up for my contacts when the phone rings. They do not show up on the front screen or the large screen inside the flip of my enV 9900. I have each pic saved to the contact; any ideas????
