    Tiffany,

What driver are you using and where did you get the data cable from?

    Thanks

on #2, just a guess, but you could be at your memory limit on that phone. Delete ringtones you dont want and see if you can do it then.

    A couple questions...

    1) I got the data cable for my LG c2000 recently and I've installed the drivers. I also have the LG software. The stuff to view my phonebooks and txt msgs works, but the 'contents bank' doesn't. At first with the contents bank I was able to connect, but not hit the download button. Now I'm having trouble connecting at all. It just keeps saying timed out . The Bitpim thing doesn't work at all either. It won't even detect my phone. But I know the computer is detecting the phone...so what exactly could my problem be?

    2) When I first got the phone, I discovered under the voice recorder feature...I could record things and set them as my ringtone and I was sooo hyped about that. But now, outta nowhere, I'm completely unable to do this! When I select the voice recording I'm only able to edit the title, send the recording, delete it, or rename it...why can't I set it as a ringtone anymore like I used to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!

    -Tiff
