I have to say until this day I have had no problems when this phone. Today the battery died completely. I plugged in the charger for about 30 minutes. It charged to about 1 bar. I had to be somewhere and come back pretty quick. I took the phone with me, then it died. I put it on the charger for about 3 hours.

It charged completely. Now it will not respond to any key functions. It will slide up to unlock the keypad screen illuminate as usual. I slide it down, it locks like it should. Nothing else happens. Is there a way to master reset this phone? The only function the phone allows me to do it turn it on. If I take out the battery and put it back in. I can turn it on. That's it.
