I don't have any other size ear buds to choose from, but beyond that, callers have complained of the amount of noise heard during calls, saying that they can hear the background noise more better than they can hear me. That's not good. I love this thing how little it is, how sleek and elegant it looks, but that's where it ends.

It doesn't fit wlll in my ear at all, i'm constantly having to put it back in my ear, reposition it, etc. The earbuds it comes with just don't cut it, they aren't comfortable at all. The volume buttons are essentially worthless cause they're hard to press and when you do go to press them you have to reposition the headset or else it'll fall out. You're better off just adjusting the volume on the handset which does the exact same thing. Also, using it in a loud environment causes all the background noise to be heard loud and clear but your voice gets drowned out.

I'm not impressed with this unit at all and am now looking at a Plantronics Discovery 665.
