also, it sometimes takes a lot of force to remove the card. Don't be afraid to use a little bit of push (within reason).

there should be a metal peice over the sim card slide it up and u can take it out

I need to get the sim card out of my Samsung m500 and I cannot seem to find it. Can someone help me locate it on the phone and tell me how to remove it?
