Hey all, im new here. i recently wanted to add someone to my plan. (i have t mobile) anyway. i found and old phone another family member used to use. but when i charged it up and turned in on it was asking for a password the other person put on. they don't remember it :|. so now im stuck with like a 200 dollar useless phone. is there anyway that anyone knows of resetting this password or finding out what it could be? that was a big "NO" for t mobile. theres nothing they can do. I NEED HELP!
