I'm looking into a new phone. Basically i'm planning on buying one that's either $30 or under and has the ability to connect to my PC to transfer my own ringtones. It's only for emergencies so it's going to be a pre-paid phone. I bought a motorola tracfone and the faggots have the mini usb firmware locked so I can't do data transfer on the PC.

It doesnt matter what model of phone or what company as long as it fits those 2 simple criteria.

- $30 or under
- Data transfer for my own ringtones.

Any ideas on what's good to get?
